Role Summary The Project Manager will support program delivery by managing workstream level planning, execution, and reporting. This role focuses on day-to-day delivery management, risk mitigation, and ensuring quality outcomes within assigned scope areas. This role requires extensive experience supporting complex transformation programs in large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery Management: Develop and maintain workstream roadmaps, milestone baselines, and phasegate materials. Coordinate release planning and capacity management.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Maintain integrated risk and issue registers, develop mitigation plans, and support go/no-go decision recommendations.
  • Business Technology Integration: Support current-state and future-state analysis, requirements management, and solution integration activities.
  • Operating Model Readiness: Assist with future-state operating model design, readiness planning, and build-to-run transition activities.
  • Change Management Support: Contribute to stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, communications planning, and training coordination.
  • Quality Management: Support quality and test strategy development, defect triage, and reporting.
