About The Position

Steampunk is seeking a creative and hands-on Project Manager to lead the complete life cycle of technology solution development and delivery. This role involves providing Agile Project Management and Scrum Master support to Agile teams, coordinating with product owners and stakeholders on backlog prioritization, creating release schedules and roadmaps, and establishing technical practices and release management standards. The ideal candidate will ensure teams effectively follow Agile scrum processes and drive high client satisfaction, acting as an agent of change within a mission-driven environment.

Requirements

Ability to obtain a U.S. government Security Clearance
Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience; OR Master's Degree and 8 years of experience; OR Associate's Degree and 12 years of experience; OR No Degree and 14 years of experience
4+ years managing IT projects using agile methodologies and approaches
4+ year experience with Scrum/Kanban Methodologies
Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients, build consensus, and achieve goals through influence
Ability to help teams write user stories/epics, identify dependencies, and design optimal solutions
Flexibility to work with teams, individuals, and executives and willingness to help with a wide variety of work products and people
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience working in a studio / human centered design approach

Responsibilities

Team leadership for the complete life cycle of solution development and delivery.
Providing Agile Project Management support and Scrum Master support for Agile teams.
