About The Position

Leads and executes Hematology/Oncology strategic initiatives, including CORKM grant deliverables, fertility program development, and expansion of clinical research and advanced trials. Manages project lifecycles from initiation through implementation, ensuring alignment with Hem/Onc program goals, timelines, and grant requirements. Develops and maintains integrated project plans tied to key milestones such as program launches, trial activation, and infrastructure development. Coordinates cross-functional teams (clinical, research, operations, and administrative) to support program growth and ensure successful implementation of new services. Drives development of referral pathways and integration of patient-centered services into Hem/Onc care models. Supports the build and optimization of research infrastructure, including processes to attract and support pharmaceutical-sponsored trials. Monitors progress toward grant milestones and ensures timely execution to maintain funding and program sustainability. Identifies and escalates risks or barriers impacting program implementation, including resource constraints, operational challenges, and regulatory considerations. Partners with leadership to develop sustainable workflows, reimbursement strategies, and operational models that transition grant-funded initiatives into ongoing clinical programs. Communicates project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making. Collaborates with clinical and operational leaders to align projects with access, growth, and financial performance goals within the Hem/Onc service line. Performs additional duties as assigned to support the growth and success of Hematology/Oncology programs.
