About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Project Execution Organization at Innomotics. This role is responsible for leading complex customer orders and engineered system projects within an industrial manufacturing environment. The Project Manager will oversee project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and customer communications from project handoff through successful completion. The role requires strong leadership, customer-facing communication skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional execution in a matrixed organization. This position is based in New Kensington, PA. Local Candidates preferred. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in industrial manufacturing, engineering, automation, electrical equipment, or a related technical environment.
  • Proven experience managing customer-facing projects with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and SAP (preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of motors, variable frequency drives, or related industrial technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project execution from order handoff through project completion, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality, and contractual requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and status reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, internal stakeholders, vendors, and project partners.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, finance, quality, and service teams.
  • Manage project risks, issues, scope changes, and customer expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Monitor project performance and financial results, driving corrective actions as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting business objectives.
  • Apply Innomotics project management processes, tools, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned activities.
