Manage, coordinate, and provide leadership to a wide variety of projects for affiliate operations to support moderately complex administrative and operational support activities. Supervise day-to-day projects and activities in accordance with specified guidelines to ensure quality and/or quantity goals are met. Identify, coordinate and implement projects and/or programs to improve the quality and cost effectiveness of operations. Implement programs to support regional operations efforts including areas of affiliate performance such as quality, HCC, utilization, performance improvement, and cost control for affiliate products. Serve as the liaison between leadership, educators, clinical staff, and external partners. Support change management initiatives related to new processes, technologies, or regulations.
