About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of complex home care reporting engagements. This role is responsible for coordinating every phase of each project—from gathering client documentation and managing timelines to ensuring reports are completed accurately and submitted on schedule. You'll work closely with internal reporting specialists and clients to keep projects moving, resolve roadblocks, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a highly operational, detail-oriented role that requires exceptional organization, accountability, and follow-through. While direct home care reporting experience is not required, candidates with a strong background in home care operations, reimbursement, finance, or consulting will be at a significant advantage due to their understanding of the industry and underlying data.

Requirements

  • Project Management, Program Management, or Operations Management experience.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-step projects with strict deadlines.
  • Healthcare industry experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to drive projects to completion and hold teams accountable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple client reporting projects simultaneously from kickoff through completion.
  • Own project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure each stage of the reporting process is completed accurately and on time.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the engagement.
  • Track outstanding documentation and ensure all required information is received.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Ensure reports move efficiently through every stage of the review and completion process.
  • Keep leadership informed on project status, deadlines, and potential bottlenecks.
  • Continuously improve project workflows and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with technical reporting specialists on complex client questions and reporting issues.
