About The Position

We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead projects from inception through completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is passionate about delivering high-quality results while building strong client relationships. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently, timelines are met, and clients receive exceptional service throughout the entire process.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Project Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to interpret engineering and construction drawings
• Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on repeat business
• Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Adobe Acrobat and/or Bluebeam

• Industry knowledge or similar preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring all phases are completed successfully
• Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones and deliverables
• Conduct due diligence, cost estimates, and feasibility assessments
• Lead meetings and conference calls with clients, utility providers, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Review drawings, submittments, and documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Manage scope and initiate change orders when necessary
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and utility contacts
• Supervise and support Assistant Project Managers and/or Project Coordinators
