About The Position

TC Services, a nationally recognized leader in commercial cleaning, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Project Manager to join our team in Greenville, SC. As a CIMS-certified janitorial company based in Greenville, we take pride in maintaining high cleaning standards and delivering excellent service. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $48,000 - $55,000. Travel between job sites is required, including overnight stays and per diem when traveling. The role involves overseeing and performing floor care duties, supporting management, maintaining equipment, securing buildings, and providing training and leadership to staff.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of floor care experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or lead a small team
Ability to train staff on proper floor cleaning techniques
Must pass a drug screen, background check, and E-Verify
Must be 21+ years old

Responsibilities

Oversee and perform floor care duties: carpet cleaning, stripping & waxing, buffing, grout cleaning, burnishing, different substrates, and window cleaning
Support management with day-to-day operations to ensure timely, high-quality service.
Maintain and perform preventative care on floor equipment inside warehouse; report worn or broken equipment promptly.
Keep equipment clean and in safe working condition.
Secure buildings and company assets upon completing work.
Provide training and leadership to other staff when needed.
Schedule reoccurring jobs and create schedule for floor techs.
Train floor techs when needed.
