About The Position

The Project Manager is responsible for managing construction projects from inception through close‑out, ensuring timely delivery, cost effectiveness, and high‑quality execution. Serving as the primary liaison among Lillibridge leadership, tenants, consultants, and general contractors, this role is critical in driving stakeholder satisfaction and project success. The Project Manager oversees daily project activities, ensures compliance with design and construction standards, and maintains strong communication throughout all project phases.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management, ideally within healthcare, commercial real estate, or tenant improvement projects.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software; familiarity with construction documentation and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to make jobsite visits, climb ladders, and walk large sites as required.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to collaborate across internal teams, contractors, and tenants.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving ability with experience navigating construction challenges and resolving conflicts.
  • Strong understanding of construction terminology, means, and methods, including inspection, budgeting, cost tracking, and close‑out processes.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including multi-day trips across multiple cities.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without need for employer sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Lillibridge, architectural/engineering partners, and general contractors throughout project execution.
  • Lead Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings, document outcomes, and maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, approvals, change orders, RFIs, and contractor payment applications.
  • Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and ensure accurate and timely responses to RFIs.
  • Ensure proper documentation and project records, including as‑builts, close‑out materials, warranties, and photographic updates.
  • Conduct site inspections, punchlist walkthroughs, warranty reviews, and verify conformance with contract documents.
  • Partner with property management, leasing, and tenant stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively, escalating when necessary to maintain schedule, cost, and quality targets.
