About The Position

Northern Clearing Inc., a leader in right of way clearing, is currently seeking a Project Manager. The primary focus of this role is to work directly with the Project Superintendent on any and all tasks necessary for the successful completion of projects. This includes, but is not limited to, setting up and maintaining a field construction office, tracking change orders and contract administration, submitting and tracking project hours, timekeeping records, jobsite inventory, project progress reports, and supervision logs. The role also involves equipment, fuel, and materials tracking, managing 811 / One Call tickets, collecting and coding receipts from crew members, and ensuring compliance with all company and client expectations. The office location is to be determined, and some travel will be required but will be limited. The company has obtained multiple long-term projects and is looking to hire for positions across the U.S. Project schedules are typically 6 days per week, 10 hours per day (Monday-Saturday). More specific information will be discussed with potential candidates during the interview process.

Requirements

  • Proven interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Well versed and comfortable on a computer
  • Proficient in Microsoft word and Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in Office Management
  • Experience in Microsoft Projects or Primavera preferred
  • Professional Degree or Diploma
