About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of the Hummingbird platform. This role is responsible for ensuring delivery is executed in alignment with established project management frameworks, governance standards, and audit requirements. The Project Manager will drive execution across Business, Technology, Compliance, Operations, Security (BISO), and Vendor teams, ensuring all milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are effectively managed and completed on schedule.

Requirements

PMP certification required
Proven experience managing enterprise-scale platform implementations or complex transformation programs
Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and audit/compliance requirements
Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex, enterprise-level initiatives related to the Hummingbird platform
Define and actively manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
Ensure full compliance with internal project governance frameworks, policies, and audit requirements
Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and key project artifacts
Drive day-to-day project execution, including progress tracking and timely delivery of all activities
Establish and maintain structured reporting mechanisms, including executive updates, dashboards, and status reports
Implement a hybrid delivery approach (Agile/Waterfall), including stand-ups, action tracking, and delivery acceleration practices
Coordinate and drive cross-functional activities across Business, Technology, BISO, Compliance, Operations, and Vendor teams
Hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables, proactively managing dependencies and resolving blockers
Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and actions through to resolution
Manage Project Change Requests (PCRs), ensuring proper documentation, governance, and approvals
Facilitate decision-making processes and manage escalations to maintain project timelines
Oversee testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and deployment readiness
Schedule, facilitate, and document project meetings, governance forums, and working sessions
Maintain clear documentation of meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups
Provide transparent and consistent communication on project status, risks, issues, and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership
