Pinpoint is a high-growth, bootstrapped HR tech start-up building and selling software that helps in-house recruitment teams attract, hire, and onboard the right talent. As they continue to bring on more large, complex customers, they are looking for an Enterprise Implementation Manager to fully own a high volume of mid-market and enterprise implementations from end to end. This role will steer timelines, manage technical complexity, and lead customers confidently through a high-stakes rollout. This is a remote role based in the U.S. (EST or CST). At full ramp, the manager will handle 15–20 active implementations at once, with a mix of SMB rollouts, mid-market projects, and enterprise programs. The product is deep, flexible, and complex, requiring an understanding of various customer types, workflows, and implementation paths. Pinpoint operates in a fast-moving, lean, and sometimes ambiguous startup environment, requiring proactive, adaptable individuals comfortable building structure.
