About The Position

This role sits at the intersection of client success, operations, systems thinking, and problem-solving. You will work directly with enterprise and upper mid-market clients as they implement and expand their use of the pmtbox platform. You will lead enterprise client implementations from kickoff through launch, coordinate cross-functional onboarding efforts, help clients map and improve related workflows and operational processes, build implementation plans, documentation, and repeatable onboarding frameworks, troubleshoot complex client issues, and assist with integrations, data mapping, and client configuration needs. You will also improve internal implementation tooling, documentation, and processes as the company scales.

Requirements

  • 5-8 or more years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer operations, client success, solutions consulting, project management, or a related role
  • Experience working with enterprise or upper mid-market clients
  • Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once
  • Can communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Think beyond tasks and into systems, workflows, and operational improvements
  • Enjoy building processes and playbooks from the ground up
  • Naturally curious and proactive
  • Stay calm and solutions-oriented when things get messy

  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, ecommerce, payments, risk, fraud, or operational workflows
