About The Position

We are seeking a seasoned and highly effective Enterprise Data Project Manager to lead a critical workstream within a large-scale enterprise data transformation program. This role goes far beyond traditional project management and requires an individual who can take ownership of complex, ambiguous challenges, drive alignment across stakeholders with competing perspectives, and create momentum where progress has stalled. The ideal candidate is a facilitator, problem solver, and relationship builder who thrives in situations where there is no clear answer and multiple constituencies have different views of the path forward. We are looking for someone who can independently establish the agenda, frame key decisions, guide productive discussions, and help teams converge on practical outcomes. Reporting to program leadership, as a Full-Time Specialist on our team, you will lead project management activities supporting the rollout and adoption of enterprise data standards within a large-scale Enterprise Business Model (EBM) transformation initiative. You will serve as a key driver of stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, decision management, and program execution across multiple business and technology teams. This role requires a hands-on leader who can establish clarity where ambiguity exists, identify and drive resolution of critical open questions, and build alignment among stakeholders with differing perspectives and priorities. You will partner closely with business leaders, data governance teams, product owners, architects, and program leadership to ensure successful execution and adoption of enterprise data standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Project or Program Management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives within large enterprises
  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise data, governance, business architecture, data management, or transformation programs
  • Proven ability to drive outcomes in highly ambiguous environments with incomplete information and evolving requirements
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with experience aligning senior leaders and cross-functional teams around complex decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate alignment across stakeholders with conflicting priorities, perspectives, and objectives
  • Experience framing complex business and data challenges and guiding teams toward actionable decisions
  • Proven ability to influence outcomes and drive progress without direct authority
  • Comfortable operating in highly ambiguous environments where requirements, ownership, and desired outcomes are not always clearly defined
  • Experience developing and managing decision logs, issue logs, dependency tracking, and governance forums
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex topics into actionable next steps
  • Ability to independently establish priorities, manage competing demands, and drive progress with limited oversight
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration tools

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a critical enterprise data transformation workstream, driving progress, accountability, and decision-making across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Serve as the primary facilitator for complex business, data, governance, and operating model discussions where requirements, ownership, and future-state processes are not yet fully defined
  • Facilitate discussions to identify, document, and resolve complex business, data, governance, and operating model questions
  • Own and maintain key decisions, issues, risks, depe ndencies, and action-item logs, ensuring appropriate visibility and follow-through
  • Research, analyze, and structure recommendations for unresolved program challenges and strategic decisions
  • Establish and facilitate governance forums, stakeholder working sessions, and decision-making meetings
  • Build alignment among business, data, and technology stakeholders with differing priorities, perspectives, and objectives
  • Partner with program leadership to identify risks, escalate issues, and drive resolution of critical blockers
  • Develop executive-ready status reporting, presentations, and communications that provide transparency into progress, risks, and decisions
  • Create structure and momentum within a rapidly evolving environment by bringing discipline, accountability, and clarity to complex initiatives
  • Support enterprise data standard adoption efforts through stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, governance facilitation, and decision management
