This is a role for someone who thrives on building strong working relationships, getting into the details, and being the person a team can truly rely on. This is a remote, full-time position based in the United States and in the eastern time zone and reports to our Director of Project Management.

  • Experience using project management tools to track work, timelines, and dependencies.
  • A natural relationship-builder who earns trust quickly and becomes an indispensable part of the teams you work with.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to anticipate issues and move work forward without being asked.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and a high standard for execution.
  • Comfortable moving between big-picture planning and hands-on, day-to-day coordination.
  • Highly organized and calm under pressure, even when priorities shift or timelines compress.
