About The Position

The Project Manager will manage all aspects of project execution from receipt of order to completion. This role involves working across departments to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to contract specifications, while also exceeding customer expectations. Key responsibilities include internal project reporting and administration, resource management, customer management, project accounting and commercial aspects, project planning, project control, and project communication.

Requirements

• 1–5 years PM experience or bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools (MS Project)
• Proven organizational and budgeting skills

• Background in technical / engineering product applications
• Experience in contract and commercial terms

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project execution from receipt of order to completion.
• Work across departments to complete projects on time, on budget and per contract specifications while exceeding our customers’ expectations.
• Track, analyze, and communicate project performance metrics; report status, risks, and progress to internal stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, and allocate internal and external resources across functions to meet project scope, schedule, safety, and budget needs.
• Serve as the primary customer contact; manage expectations, drive satisfaction, and collaborate with customers to deliver effective solutions.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, profitability, contracts, and compliance while protecting company interests and confidential information.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules, scope, and documentation; assess and explain impacts of changes.
• Oversee execution to ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met; manage risks, changes, and deliverable approvals.
• Deliver clear, timely, and appropriate communications to customers and management on progress, risks, milestones, and outcomes.
