About The Position

We’re looking for a hands‑on Project Manager who enjoys solving problems, improving how work gets done, and leading teams through meaningful change. You’ll run a mix of operational, process, and system‑enhancement projects that directly impact safety, reliability, customer service, and day‑to‑day operations across the utility. If you’re the kind of PM who likes clarity, ownership, and the ability to actually move the needle — you’ll thrive here. You own your projects end‑to‑end. You work directly with SMEs, field teams, IT, and leadership. Your work improves how thousands of customers and employees experience the utility. You get visibility — these projects matter. You’re not stuck in a PMO bureaucracy; you’re driving real change.

Requirements

  • Experience leading cross‑functional projects (utilities, operations, engineering, IT, or similar)
  • Strong PM fundamentals — scope, schedule, risk, communication
  • Comfortable driving accountability without authority
  • Clear communicator who can translate technical and non‑technical information
  • Experience with process improvement (Lean, continuous improvement mindset)

Nice To Haves

  • Bonus: exposure to SAP, GIS, scheduling/dispatch systems, or mobility apps
  • PMP is a plus, not a requirement

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple operational and process‑improvement projects at once
  • Build scope, requirements, schedules, and resource plans
  • Keep teams aligned and accountable
  • Identify risks early and drive solutions
  • Communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Support training, rollout, and change management
  • Use internal tools to track progress and report status
