About The Position

The Project Manager plays a critical role in leading cross-functional projects from initiation through completion. This position ensures alignment across scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards while proactively managing risks and driving problem-solving. You’ll partner with teams across product development and beyond to keep projects on track and deliver successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience or related field required
• Minimum of 3 years managing complex, cross-functional projects required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or MURAL
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence without direct authority and drive cross-functional alignment
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong risk management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to guide cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Leads the planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring delivery against defined objectives
• Develops and manages comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management
• Assembles and guides cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Monitors project performance and proactively addresses risks, issues, and changes
• Manages stakeholder communication to ensure alignment and visibility throughout the project lifecycle
