Requirements

Bachelor or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and Four (4) years of experience in Health Information Project Management.
OR High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of Six (6) years of equivalent experience in Health Information Project Management.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Management in Health Information and/or IT arena.
Excellent client facing and internal communication skills using written and spoken English.
Attention to detail and outstanding follow through.
Experience using collaboration tools to manage and communicate with remote teams.
Excellent verbal, written, analytical problem solving and organizational skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Proven ability to maintain a positive attitude in a team environment.
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Knowledge of Solventum HIS products.
Ability to effectively communicate ideas and information to other individuals and team.

Responsibilities

Acting as one central point of contact for the project, both internally and externally.
Coordinate internal resources, client and third parties/vendors (as needed) for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Manage changes to the project’s scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Work with clients to define expected project outcomes and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, monitor, track and report progress.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards, complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum’s values and ethical standards.
Corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
