About The Position

The post holder will be responsible for designing and leading the HMP Rochester/HMP Cookham Wood merger project. The role will require engagement with central HQ delivery teams and trade unions. The post holder will be expected to manage the implementation of all aspects of the merger including staff and prisoner impact. The post is initially for a 6 month period, however may be extended if required.

Requirements

• Experience of trade union engagement at local and national levels
• Project delivery experience is essential
