About The Position

This role leads the next phase of the organization’s ERP evolution, with a strong focus on automating manual processes and driving process improvement across multi-entity and multi-currency environments. The Project Manager will own end-to-end initiatives that enhance financial reporting, inventory management, MRP and supply chain operations, customer master data, and regulatory and quality controls. Responsibilities

  • Lead the evolution of the SAGE ERP platform, with a focus on automation and process improvement across finance, supply chain, inventory, and quality operations.
  • Analyze current manual processes in multi-entity and multi-currency environments and design automated solutions that improve accuracy, speed, and scalability.
  • Own the automation of financial reporting to reduce manual workload on the finance team and deliver live, self-service dashboards using business intelligence tools.
  • Define and implement automated inventory management solutions, including barcode-based systems, to replace manual tracking and improve inventory accuracy and visibility.
  • Drive the transition from Excel-based MRP and supply chain processes to integrated, system-driven workflows within the ERP environment.
  • Design and implement automation for customer master data, ensuring customer information is consistently linked to geography, salespersons, and contracts to reduce manual data entry and contract checks.
  • Integrate regulatory and quality controls into SAGE, including quarantine and stock gate processes, to align with medical device industry standards and support compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, supply chain, inventory, quality, and manufacturing stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Coordinate project plans, timelines, and deliverables for ERP-related initiatives, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet defined business objectives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to test, validate, and refine automated workflows and dashboards, ensuring data integrity and usability.
  • Promote continuous improvement by identifying additional opportunities for automation and efficiency within ERP and related business processes.
  • Provide clear communication and status updates to leadership and key stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans for ERP and automation projects.
