This role is responsible for leading capital projects of various sizes and complexities, including FF&E retrofits, staff relocations, and IT support projects. The Project Manager will initiate projects, define scope, budget, and timeline with end-users and leadership, and manage project documentation in e-builder. They will collaborate with project teams to ensure projects meet user needs within budget and schedule constraints. The position also involves managing project finances, negotiating contracts, overseeing consultants and vendors, and ensuring construction quality and safety compliance with all applicable standards and regulations. A key aspect of the role is ensuring punch list items and close-out documentation are completed promptly and accurately. Additionally, the Project Manager will lead and supervise the internal construction team (Carpenters, Painters, Locksmiths), manage minor construction projects, monitor general building maintenance work orders, and oversee external vendors and subcontractors. Support for the Engineering department during emergencies and conducting Environment of Care rounds are also part of the responsibilities. All responsibilities apply to both the Dallas and Frisco campuses.
