About The Position

The Rehancement Group (TRG) is seeking a Project Manager to support the mission of their Government customers. This role requires an Active Top Secret Security Clearance and involves managing inventory and records management teams, overseeing all project activities, administrative and programmatic tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met. The Project Manager will also monitor budgets, staffing requirements, and provide administrative management and reporting of electronic data. Strong knowledge of inventory and records management functions is essential, along with the ability to conduct management administrative tasks related to the contract and interface with the Government.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related degree and/or equivalent specialized experience in management required.
  • Active DOD Top Secret Clearance required.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in information and records management applications is required.
  • Must possess and demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a large high-tech building/environment.
  • Experience in managing and leading large teams.
  • Experience in client relationship management and presenting metrics to client in formal structure format.
  • Capable of performing quantitative and qualitative work that is measured in final product and/or production.
  • Has the personality traits to be a source of influence, encouragement, motivation, and a leader that earns allegiance and loyalty; a People Person
  • Capable of standing/sitting for prolonged periods of time
  • Capable of operating carts (e.g., utility carts, shelving carts, platform trucks, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • PMP Certification preferred. Will consider non-PMP certified with a commitment to future certification.
  • Possesses demonstrated knowledge, experience in the development of solutions, recommendations, or outcomes across multiple complex tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Executes project objectives and strategic direction.
  • Performs/conducts Quality Review, planned and random, for self and Contractor team; recommends corrective actions.
  • Serves as leadership and communicates vision to client and project teams, as a key facilitator between multiple teams to achieve objectives of complex efforts.
  • Manages all project activities, administrative and programmatic, for the inventory/records management teams, and ensures that deadlines are met.
  • Monitors and assists with maintaining budget and human resources/staffing requirements.
  • Provides administrative management and reporting of the electronic data.
  • Establishes and/or maintains authorized user list, record types, space management, retrieval profiles, standard reports, records disposition, user training, and other related administrative functions.
  • Conducts all management administrative tasks related to the contract.
  • Interfaces with Government, facilitating communication between TRG and Government.
  • Collaborates with HR/Talent Acquisition to hire and maintain staffing levels with high productivity.
  • Manages Contractor employees' work schedules.
  • Provides monthly status and quality reports, including cost information.
  • Addresses productivity and professional conduct issues, including Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
  • Manages additional employees, surge support as needed.
  • Ensures employees are held to productivity output standards; proactively monitor and report the stats routinely on the files that are being inventoried; recommend corrective measures to Government management.
