About The Position

As a Project Manager in Argano's Oracle consulting business, you will lead and manage Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You will help deliver high-quality Oracle Cloud solutions to clients in support of Argano's digital transformation work. Argano is a global digital consultancy focused on business transformation and operational improvement. It works across Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, and Salesforce platforms, with expertise in business applications, cloud, data and analytics, automation, and AI.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5 to 10 years of project management experience.
At least 3 years of experience managing Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects.
Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP applications, including Financials, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management modules.
Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and support successful project execution.
Familiarity with project management tools and software such as Smartsheet, JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire project teams, solve problems, and make decisions.
In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Strong resource allocation and budget management skills, including optimizing resource utilization and cost-effectiveness.
Strategic thinking, including the ability to align projects with organizational goals and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to manage and lead organizational change initiatives.
Understanding of software development processes and relevant technologies.
Ability to manage internal communications and escalation processes with leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects from initiation through closure, following project management principles and practices.
Develop and execute project plans, establish staffing requirements, and adjust plans as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project risks, actions, issues, and decisions, and drive their completion by the team.
Work with stakeholders, team members, and senior management to support project success.
Communicate regularly with project participants about progress, challenges, and achievements.
Ensure project deliverables meet required quality standards and client expectations; implement quality controls and conduct reviews.
Maintain and manage a Project Budget Tracker/Burn Sheet to keep spending within the allocated budget.
Assemble project teams, assign tasks, and manage resources.
Foster collaboration and communication among team members.
Provide appropriate internal communications and escalations to Argano leadership and stakeholders, and resolve escalations where possible while keeping the Argano Delivery Leadership team informed.
Drive technical scoping decisions in conjunction with the project/program Technical Lead.
