Project Manager - Commercial Construction
About The Position
Estes Construction is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join their people-focused team. This role is a key member of the project management team, responsible for leading construction projects from conception through completion. The Project Manager will oversee multiple commercial construction projects in various stages, from preconstruction/design to close-out. Responsibilities include planning, developing, and coordinating office-related construction activities to support the on-site field team, assisting with bid proposals, and coordinating quality control and safety measures. The role requires identifying potential risks and developing strategies for project success, as well as effectively communicating project expectations for successful execution.
Requirements
- 5-years of construction experience and construction management, or engineering degree preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to travel when required.
