Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in project management or project coordination.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience working in cross-functional organizations.
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Fluent in English
Nice To Haves
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) is a plus but not required.
- Experience in software, cloud, and/or SaaS environments is a plus.
- Experience with TrackTik or payroll solutions (e.g., PayCor, Sage, etc.) is a plus but not required.
- French is a strong asset.
- Exceptional ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own client projects, ensuring they stay on track, stakeholders remain accountable, and deliverables align with the project plan.
- Facilitate requirement gathering for new and existing clients, collaborating with Product, Professional Services, and Client Relationship Managers to scope projects effectively, including development needs.
- Define project timelines and plans, covering scope, schedule, costs, resources, risks, and quality controls.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring alignment, clear expectations, and regular updates on progress.
- Oversee training and onboarding efforts, ensuring clients receive the necessary support when adopting new solutions or customized implementations.
- Continuously analyze completed projects to refine best practices and improve future project delivery.
