About The Position
American Express National Bank (AENB) is the U.S. banking operation of American Express, contributing over 60% of the company's revenue through its payment, financing, and savings products. The AENB HQ, led by the Chief Operating Officer, manages AENB's programs and services in collaboration with bank affiliates and executive officers. This team is also tasked with ensuring AENB meets its operational and financial objectives while adhering to all governing laws, bank policies, and procedures. The Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) provides a unified and consistent framework for American Express's project governance and execution, aligning with regulatory expectations, second-line frameworks/policies, and industry best practices. The EPMO also supports the execution of specific enterprise initiatives that span multiple business lines across the company. The Project Manager role within the AENB Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) is crucial for strengthening first-line project governance and execution as the company expands. This position will contribute to the execution of select enterprise initiatives that involve various business lines company-wide.
