Under the general direction of the Director, Architecture, Planning and Project Development, and reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Project Development and Management, the Project Manager serves as the primary contact for assigned projects up to $10M. The incumbent is responsible for the overall implementation of projects from concept to completion, managing different phases, and ensuring projects stay on time and within budget and scope. The Project Manager must understand legislative and ethical requirements governing professional engineers and licensed architects when reviewing design drawings and must conduct themselves with professionalism and ethical conduct.
