The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall execution, management, and successful delivery of work performed under the Statement of Work supporting the SRR/Liquid Waste Contractor Facility Maintenance and HVAC Services contract. Serving as the single point of contact and accountability, the PM leads all aspects of contract performance, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality, regulatory, and performance standards. The PM directs a multidisciplinary workforce and coordinates closely with client stakeholders, including the STR (Subcontract Technical Representative), to ensure alignment with mission objectives. This role includes full authority over decision-making, resource allocation, and execution strategy, while maintaining transparency through regular reporting and continuous engagement with both the client and internal leadership.
