The Immigrant Legal Resource Center (ILRC) is seeking a full-time Project Manager in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. This is an exempt position that reports to a Directing Attorney. This is a bargaining unit position represented by the National Legal Services Workers (NOLSW), Local 2320. This is a term-limited position through December 31, 2028, with the potential for renewal based on funding. The ILRC currently has a hybrid work model requiring two in-office days per week. The ILRC is a leading immigrant rights organization headquartered in San Francisco with staff in Washington, D.C., Texas, Southern California, the Central Valley of California, and Washington state. The Project Manager’s primary goals are to ensure efficient and effective overall administration and management of a robust statewide program for which the ILRC serves as Program Administrator. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordination of regional partners, dissemination of information and resources, tracking and ensuring timely reporting and fiscal management, and maintaining effective communication systems.
