This Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day project management and execution at the Program level, closely partnering with various cross-functional groups. This role is accountable to the Program Lead for scope, timeline, and quality of deliverables. The position will support coordination of program-level monitoring and reporting across multiple project teams within the program. Responsibilities include capturing and documenting risks, issues, and findings, recommending solutions, and managing the escalation process. The role involves maintaining the project repository and environment for managing project artifacts and deliverables. It is responsible for coordinating project management functions, including schedule management, resource management, change management, risk management, and issue management. The Project Manager will also be responsible for managing the development of other program artifacts and records as needed to support overall program management and support management reporting and ad-hoc presentations. This position will lead a business area in the creation of a Customer Identity and Access Management governance, including assessing the current environment and developing a go-forward strategy and plan to implement the governance. The team will also be responsible for the creation of new processes and procedures for customer set-up of external customers when offering new products and services.
