About The Position

This role is a hybrid position responsible for driving both strategic technology initiatives and hands-on project delivery ensuring solutions are aligned, scalable, and well-controlled. Also ensuring the ongoing stability, resilience, and risk management of applications that enable key business partner capabilities. Ability to manage business requirements and expectations to deliver technology capabilities across multiple strategies and projects. Ability to lead the development teams in partnership with project management to deliver capabilities on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of products and services at functional and data level within their business area.
• Ability to perform or support continuous integration and deployment activities within their role.
• Understanding and appreciation for DevOps culture.

Responsibilities

• Managing development tasks, business expectations and driving project deliveries ensuring alignment to long term strategy.
• Identifying and managing risk/dependencies and quantifying the impact it has on the business/technology and what controls are to be used to resolve.
• Participates in development or integration of lean / efficiency initiatives into technology.
• Uses a combination of factual and emotional points to exert influence. Receives agreement to ideas by identifying and working collaboratively with specific stakeholders and managers.
