About The Position

We are seeking two motivated and organized Project Managers to support the day-to-day execution of projects. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. We are open to entry-level graduates with relevant experience or candidates transitioning from industries such as furniture, construction, or related fields.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
Open to entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills and relevant internships or experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)

Nice To Haves

1–3 years of experience in project coordination, construction, furniture, or related industries is a plus
Experience with additional project management or business software/tools
Experience in furniture, construction, or similar project-based industries is a plus
Familiarity with project management tools or ERP/CRM systems is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day coordination and execution of projects
Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
Coordinate and order materials needed for upcoming projects
Assist in planning, organizing, and preparing for large-scale project initiatives
Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables
Maintain accurate project documentation and data using Excel and other systems
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
