About The Position

We are seeking two motivated and organized Project Managers to support the day-to-day execution of projects. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. We are open to entry-level graduates with relevant experience or candidates transitioning from industries such as furniture, construction, or related fields.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Open to entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills and relevant internships or experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, construction, furniture, or related industries is a plus
  • Experience with additional project management or business software/tools
  • Experience in furniture, construction, or similar project-based industries is a plus
  • Familiarity with project management tools or ERP/CRM systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day coordination and execution of projects
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
  • Coordinate and order materials needed for upcoming projects
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and preparing for large-scale project initiatives
  • Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and data using Excel and other systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
