As an ISS Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful, end-to-end delivery of Information Security Services (ISS) projects for international clients, with a primary focus on Portuguese-speaking regions, including Brazil and Southern Europe. This role serves as a key client liaison and plays a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to GLI quality standards.

Requirements

  • Spanish-speaking is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, client delivery, or professional services
  • Experience with LATAM
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to pass a thorough background investigation

Nice To Haves

  • Having the ability to speak Portuguese is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full project lifecycle for ISS engagements, including intake, planning, scheduling, execution, delivery, and close-out.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Portuguese- and English-speaking clients, ensuring clear, professional communication throughout the project.
  • Coordinate internal resources and cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.
  • Monitor and report project progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Effectively manage project scope, ensuring changes are documented, reviewed, and approved.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Client Services, during project handoff and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.
  • Support continuous improvement of ISS project management processes and client experience.
