About The Position

This role is for an RPO Project Manager responsible for the full delivery of a client hiring program, including recruiting, client relationships, and achieving hiring outcomes. The Project Manager will lead a dedicated project delivery team, act as the strategic link between Pasona and the client, and be accountable for hiring results from start to finish. The position involves working closely with client HR leaders and hiring managers, guiding them through a structured recruitment process, and coaching the delivery team. This is a dynamic role for experienced recruiters ready for program ownership with client accountability, team leadership, and measurable results.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • At least 2 years in an RPO, embedded, or multi-client delivery environment.
  • Experience leading or coordinating a recruiting team, including setting direction, tracking output, and developing team members.
  • Demonstrated client relationship ownership, including status reporting, stakeholder management, and issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., JazzHR, Jobvite, Lever, Appyhere).
  • Comfort presenting recruiting data to client leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple competing priorities across clients, requisitions, and internal stakeholders.
  • Japanese / English bilingual proficiency.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience as an RPO program or account manager with full client ownership.
  • Familiarity with Japanese-owned or Japanese-headquartered companies, including their decision-making style, reporting culture, and stakeholder dynamics.
  • Experience building or improving RPO delivery processes (SOP design, intake frameworks, reporting templates).
  • Background in employer branding, talent advisory, or HR process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of RPO client programs, from intake through offer, maintaining quality and pace.
  • Direct and develop the project delivery team, setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and ensuring accountability to program standards.
  • Drive proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS pipelines, and direct outreach tailored to client talent markets.
  • Maintain ATS data integrity and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner between Pasona and the client, acting as the trusted point of contact for all program matters.
  • Lead regular client status meetings, including pipeline reviews, data insights, hiring manager alignment, and strategic recommendations.
  • Understand client business context, culture, and talent challenges to anticipate needs.
  • Support program expansion, contract scoping, and renewal conversations in partnership with RPO leadership.
  • Own program SLAs, KPIs, and reporting cadences, tracking performance, flagging risks, and escalating as needed.
  • Maintain program documentation (SOPs, intake templates, process maps) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Deliver regular reports on pipeline health, hiring velocity, and funnel metrics, translating data into actionable insights for client leadership.
