About The Position

Mojo Supermarket is seeking a Project Manager to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to fast-moving creative work. As the agency expands its social-first and Social AOR partnerships, this role will manage both ongoing content engines and larger campaign initiatives. The Project Manager will balance planned work with rapid-turn opportunities, multiple content streams, and shifting priorities. This role involves close collaboration with Account, Strategy, Creative, Production, Creator, Data & Analytics, and Operations teams to ensure projects move efficiently from brief to delivery. The Project Manager will be responsible for project timelines, dependencies, scope, budgets, communication, and process, establishing a framework that allows teams to operate quickly without hindering creative output.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of project management experience within a creative, social, digital, or advertising agency.
  • Meaningful experience managing social-first or always-on client work.
  • Experience working within a Social AOR model is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of social work production processes, including content calendars, rapid-turn creative, creators, production, organic and paid deliverables, and campaign activations.
  • Strong knowledge of agency workflows across strategy, creative development, production, and delivery.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with different timelines, stakeholders, and levels of complexity.
  • Confidence managing project budgets, scope, estimates, and burn, and knowing when to escalate risk.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to create clarity across multidisciplinary teams.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to stay calm and decisive when priorities change quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Own projects from brief through delivery across always-on social, creator-led work, content programs, and integrated campaigns, ensuring timely, on-budget, and within-scope delivery.
  • Establish the operating rhythm for social AOR work, managing ongoing content calendars and recurring workstreams alongside reactive opportunities, launches, and larger campaign moments.
  • Develop clear project plans, workbacks, milestones, and deliverable matrices for social content, video, stills, creator assets, adaptations, and integrated executions.
  • Serve as the central liaison across Account, Strategy, Creative, Production, Creator, and Data & Analytics, ensuring smooth briefs, handoffs, reviews, approvals, and final delivery.
  • Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, creative reviews, and key checkpoints, ensuring clarity on decisions, responsibilities, dependencies, and next steps.
  • Manage project scope and financial health, including estimates, budgets, burn tracking, and scope changes, in partnership with Account and Finance.
  • Partner with Creative Operations to identify project staffing and capacity needs early, flagging conflicts or changing requirements before they impact the work.
  • Incorporate social delivery requirements—including platform formats, content variations, client and legal approvals, paid and organic needs, and fast-turn deadlines—into project plans.
  • Identify risks and blockers early, solve problems proactively, and continuously improve processes to enable teams to produce great work at speed.
