About The Position

We are seeking a Project Manager to support a large-scale public health initiative focused on improving pediatric readiness among EMS providers, particularly in rural communities. This project helps emergency medical services better prepare for pediatric patient care through assessment, evaluation, and data-driven program improvements. The Project Manager will serve as a key member of a collaborative team responsible for maintaining project momentum, coordinating stakeholders, managing project plans, and ensuring successful delivery of project objectives. This role requires someone who can adapt quickly, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, experience working with government or health-focused initiatives, and the ability to keep complex programs organized and moving forward. Experience within EMS environments or as a licensed paramedic is highly valued.

  • Help ensure visibility into project performance and outcomes.
  • Track project progress against established plans and milestones.
  • Maintain project management tools and documentation.
  • Support reporting efforts and performance measurement activities.
  • Assist with data collection and evaluation activities related to project goals.
