About The Position

Project Manager / Electrical Project Manager required to join a leading electrical contractor based in Texas. The successful Project Manager / Electrical Project Manager will join an established electrical contractor, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of large-scale commercial electrical construction projects within the mission critical industry. The Project Manager / Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through completion, overseeing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while working closely with field leadership teams to deliver high-quality electrical installations across major commercial developments. This project is in Texas, and willing to consider relocation.

Requirements

Experience as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Electrical Project Manager, or similar role within commercial electrical construction.
Proven experience managing commercial electrical construction projects with a minimum value of $20M on a single project.
Strong background delivering large-scale commercial electrical projects.
Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
Strong understanding of commercial electrical construction processes and project delivery.
Experience working alongside field teams and Superintendents to deliver successful projects.
Living in Texas or willing to relocate.

Mission critical or data center construction experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Manage the successful delivery of major commercial electrical construction projects valued at $20M+.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution from pre-construction through completion.
Coordinate with Superintendents, field teams, subcontractors, engineers, and clients to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Manage project financials, including cost control, forecasting, change orders, and reporting.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Review project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and performance objectives.
Support the delivery of complex commercial electrical projects, including large-scale developments and data center projects.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards and contractual requirements.
