About The Position

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. This role involves managing projects, preferably within hospitality, construction, design, furniture, or related industries. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, and experience working directly with clients, franchisees, or external stakeholders. You should be detail-oriented, able to anticipate project risks, and proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. This is a fully remote position with a preference for Chicago-area talent, offering the opportunity to work on nationally recognized hospitality projects in a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of project management experience, preferably within hospitality, construction, design, furniture, or related industries.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience working directly with clients, franchisees, or external stakeholders.
• Ability to anticipate project risks and proactively develop solutions.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting hospitality, hotel, renovation, construction, or FF&E-related projects.
• Familiarity with supply chain timelines, procurement processes, and project scheduling.
