About The Position

CMC Design Build is currently recruiting a Project Manager to join our Construction Management team. In this role you will manage all aspects of the construction process and be responsible for project management of two or more job sites. You will plan, organize and control resources for all anticipated and approved construction projects. In addition, you will provide leadership and direction to ensure construction projects are completed on schedule and meet cost and profit objectives. You will be responsible for collaborating with the superintendent on the day-to-day operation at construction site(s) and functions as the company representative to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in a similar Construction Project Manager role
Proficiency required in appropriate systems, including but not limited to Procore, , MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Bluebeam, and MS Project.
Must be dependable, possess a sense of urgency, organized, detail-oriented, possess comfort while multi-tasking, and show strong follow-up skills
Ability to interact and work closely with team members in a busy environment under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication and interrelationship skills

Nice To Haves

Construction Management or Engineering Degree preferred

Responsibilities

Manage the Design/Build process for food distribution and food processing facilities
Oversee all aspects of the project procurement process
Work with the preconstruction team to secure governmental approvals for the projects
Work with the design team to develop design details with clients, design team and outside consultants
Establish and manage the project schedule
Manage CMC field staff
Oversee project financial management
Train and develop field personnel and assistant project managers
