About The Position

Lonestar Electric Supply is seeking a Project Manager to manage assigned jobs from purchase order through completion. The role works with internal and external partners to provide superior customer service and meet client goals and expectations. The Project Manager works closely with electrical and general contractors, manufacturers, and their representative agencies to gather information, account for and direct materials, coordinate delivery, and accurately bill for materials associated with the electrical scope of construction projects. Requirements

Ability to work with customers and provide excellent service.
Outstanding computer skills, particularly with Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to multitask while staying organized.
Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
Experience working as part of a team.
1–2 years of experience owning and completing projects independently.
Excellent communication skills and exemplary phone manners.

Nice To Haves

Project management certification.
Construction or electrical distribution knowledge.

Responsibilities

Work with the sales team and customers to understand the scope and timeline of assigned projects.
Participate in meetings involving clients’ projects, including customer handoffs from sales to Project Management and jobsite coordination.
Gather information needed to accurately purchase and procure materials.
Issue purchase orders to manufacturers and their representatives.
Ensure electrical-scope materials are accurately received, stored, and delivered.
Coordinate material deliveries with customers.
Complete accurate billing in a timely manner.
