Heritage Roofing & Construction is looking for driven, competitive individuals to build a high-income career while helping homeowners recover after severe hail and storm seasons. No roofing or sales experience is required, as the company provides paid training, mentorship, and a proven system for success. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy meeting new people and desire a career with unlimited earning potential.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
- Ability to complete the required 90-day paid training program.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
- Perform exterior property and roof inspections
- Educate homeowners on the storm restoration and insurance process
- Manage roofing restoration projects from start to finish
- Build lasting customer relationships and generate referrals
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every project
