About The Position

Evinova, a fully owned health-tech subsidiary of the AstraZeneca Group, delivers science-based, evidence-led digital health solutions. The company is scaling its customer base and delivery capability in a regulated environment with enterprise customers. As a Project Manager within SaaS Delivery, you will manage one or more workstreams within a larger customer program. You will own the workstream plan, RAID log, meeting cadence, documentation, and status reporting, working under a Program Director who is accountable for the overall program. You will track actions, dependencies, risks, and commitments; surface issues early; and coordinate with Solution Engineering, testers, and Product Engineering to keep workstreams on schedule. After go-live, you will be the customer's day-to-day contact for implementation needs within your workstream, distinct from product support issues handled by the Support team. You will help close out hypercare, track open items, coordinate fixes, and document lessons learned. You will also contribute to the evolving delivery playbook by developing templates, checklists, and working practices based on live delivery experience. This is a hands-on, meticulous role suited to someone who brings structure and judgment to a fast-moving environment, works effectively under a Program Director while exercising independent judgment, and uses AI tools as part of everyday project management. The role is approved for remote working, but meaningful, high-quality in-person customer engagement is a core part of the work. Evinova also states that employees work a minimum of three days per week from the office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience.
  • Demonstrable experience managing SaaS or software implementation projects, ideally involving enterprise platforms; experience limited to internal projects or waterfall project management within a single team is not sufficient.
  • Experience maintaining a live delivery plan and RAID log, with judgment about what requires escalation as a critical issue.
  • Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams concurrently.
  • Experience working with enterprise or regulated-industry customers, ideally in pharma, life sciences, healthcare, or a similar environment.
  • Active technical literacy, including the ability to follow a data model, understand integration dependencies, and communicate effectively with engineers.
  • Clear written and verbal presentation skills and comfort leading customer-facing status calls and meetings.
  • Willingness to surface bad news early and route issues appropriately between workstream engagement and the Support team.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, ensuring actions and commitments do not slip through the cracks.
  • Ability to bring structure and rigor to ambiguous, fast-moving environments and work under a Program Director while exercising independent judgment.
  • Comfort using delivery tracking, documentation, and reporting tools, including AI-assisted planning tools as part of everyday workflow.
