About The Position

As a Project Manager in Product Development, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will partner with Product Managers, Directors, Engineers, and Designers across a global organization, guiding individual projects within a specified category and supporting portfolio planning. As part of a global organization, you will work with team members across different regions, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in project management
  • Skilled in project, resource, and portfolio planning, leveraging prioritization and time management to drive successful delivery in fast‑paced environments.
  • Ability to travel internationally and within the U.S. 1–2 times per year
  • Availability for evening calls (1–2 nights per week)

Nice To Haves

  • Engineering experience is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Microsoft Teams and Agile methodologies.
  • MCPM or PMP a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Directors, Engineers, and Designers across a global organization, guiding individual projects within a specified category and supporting portfolio planning.
  • Work with team members across different regions, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Directors to develop long-term strategic plans for assigned categories.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed plans for projects.
  • Monitor project risks and create contingency plans as needed.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate project plans, weekly updates, changes, and critical milestones.
  • Coordinate globally with product management, forecasting, supply chain, suppliers, engineering, assembly factories, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Report progress and escalate issues to management as necessary.
  • Kick off and deliver projects on seasonal and strategic timelines.
  • Set launch dates with Product teams aligned to Program Management goals.
  • Communicate process deviations to the Director of Program Management for approval and documentation.
  • Apply lessons learned to continuously improve product development processes.
