About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Project Manager for a hybrid role with a Global Financial Institution in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. The role is responsible for overseeing program-level tracking, governance, reporting, and execution oversight across a portfolio of projects. The successful candidate will provide visibility into program health, milestones, risks, and deliverables, ensuring alignment to strategic business objectives by partnering with project managers, product owners, technology teams, and senior leadership to provide accurate reporting and actionable insights that support executive decision-making.

Requirements

Proven experience in Project Management
Experience with SharePoint

Nice To Haves

Track program budgets, forecasts, actuals, and financial variance analysis
Monitor resource utilization and capacity planning
Support business case tracking and benefits realization reporting
Partner with finance teams to ensure budget accuracy and governance compliance

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain program governance processes, reporting standards, and performance metrics
Monitor progress across multiple projects and workstreams within the program
Ensure adherence to enterprise delivery frameworks, controls, and compliance requirements
Facilitate governance forums, steering committee meetings, and leadership reviews
