About The Position

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody excellence, compassion, teamwork and purpose to join our Project Planning and Operations team in the role of Project Manager. This role manages a complex portfolio of projects for the assigned business unit, ensuring projects are managed appropriately using standard project management methodologies, processes, tools, and resource planning. The Project Manager develops project plans based on customer specifications that result in optimized performance, cost savings, efficiency, and overall return on investments. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant Project Management experience required.
• Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.

Nice To Haves

• PMP certification preferred.
• Healthcare Industry experience a plus.
