About The Position

The Project Manager will drive end-to-end delivery coordination across complex, multi-stream technology initiatives. The role ensures alignment among business stakeholders, IT teams, product teams, and external partners, with a focus on integrated planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, governance, reporting, and delivery readiness throughout the project lifecycle. Acting as a central coordination point, the Project Manager translates detailed delivery information into clear plans, actionable insights, and timely escalations to promote transparency and accountability across workstreams. The role requires strong technology project management expertise and a proactive, structured, collaborative approach in a dynamic international environment.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing large-scale technology development and deployment projects, ideally involving multiple markets, global and local delivery teams, complex platforms, and external partners.
  • Strong expertise in integrated planning, milestone and critical-path management, cross-workstream dependencies, RAID management, testing coordination, deployment readiness, and delivery recovery planning.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex, multi-stream delivery without displacing the accountability of workstream leads, market teams, or functional owners.
  • Experience establishing or operating delivery governance, including ownership, decision logs, escalation mechanisms, action tracking, reporting cadences, and stakeholder forums.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including reconciling Jira and workstream-plan information into accurate, consistent, decision-oriented executive updates.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technology requirements and maintain alignment among requirements, solution design, scope, testing, and deployment outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills, including communicating complex delivery topics clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive, independent, autonomous working style with ownership, a can-do attitude, and the ability to anticipate issues.
  • Collaborative, agile, adaptable mindset, with flexibility and creativity to identify compliant alternatives as priorities and delivery constraints change.
  • Confidence constructively challenging assumptions, identifying missing activities, holding owners accountable, and driving timely resolution of risks and delivery issues.
  • Strong quality orientation and attention to detail in plans, status reporting, readiness assessments, and delivery forecasts.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain an integrated programme plan covering product, business, platform, market-wave, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities, including milestones, critical paths, and delivery forecasts.
  • Coordinate multi-stream delivery across global and local IT teams, business stakeholders, category teams, product groups, technology platforms, and external partners, maintaining accountability at workstream and market levels.
  • Identify, document, and manage cross-project and adjacent-platform dependencies, surfacing and resolving roadmap conflicts, sequencing constraints, and delivery impacts.
  • Define and operate delivery governance, including forums, RACI, decision owners, escalation routes, decision logs, action tracking, and reporting calendars.
  • Control scope, milestones, RAID, quality assurance, testing readiness, deployment readiness, and hypercare preparation; identify gaps and deviations early and coordinate actionable recovery plans.
  • Coordinate resource and capacity planning, demand prioritization, and delivery sequencing across workstreams and market waves, highlighting constraints and presenting options for decisions.
  • Reconcile Jira data, workstream plans, milestone forecasts, and RAG statuses into accurate executive reporting, presenting insights, required decisions, trade-offs, and recommended actions.
  • Facilitate business-to-IT translation and alignment, maintaining traceability among business requirements, solution design, delivery scope, testing outcomes, and market-readiness criteria.
  • Monitor delivery against agreed baselines, challenge unsupported assumptions, validate delivery plans, and hold accountable owners to their commitments.
  • Coordinate readiness assessments for testing, UAT/UVT, and market deployment waves, ensuring entry and exit criteria are met and escalating material gaps before approval to proceed.
  • Track outstanding decision requests and decision lead times, escalating unresolved risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and scope conflicts to the appropriate governance level.
  • Work independently while fostering collaboration, transparency, continuous improvement, and constructive challenge across stakeholders.
