It combines individual ownership with collaboration, clear priorities, and structured frameworks, while giving employees autonomy to make decisions within strategic boundaries. The company encourages thoughtful, responsible use of AI and is committed to land stewardship and recreational access. This is a U.S.-based role. onX prefers candidates near its Bozeman or Missoula offices or one of its listed Basecamps, and can employ people only in eligible states. Travel to a corporate office or other strategic location may be required up to quarterly, for multiple days. The position is open until filled.
