Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with DoD project management
- Experience with defense procurement or acquisition
- Knowledge of project and program management practices in a DoD setting
- Ability to work independently in an agile setting, with minimal direction, and across cross-functional teams
- Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as SAFe and software project management tools including Azure Dev Ops, ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence
- Experience leading Agile teams, including as a scrum master
- Experience working in an Enterprise IT environment
- Experience supporting the Navy
- Experience with the development and writing of Performance Work Statements (PWS) or Statements of Work (SOW)
- Experience supporting the review of vendor proposals within identified service areas
- Knowledge of vendor management to ensure that vendors, contracts, and Service Level Agreements are aligned
- SAFe Certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
