We’re looking for a Project Manager who wants their work to mean something - someone who brings care, accountability, and purpose to what they do every day. This role plays an important part in helping LUX Infusion deliver a patient‑first experience - by ensuring the projects and initiatives that support care delivery are executed with clarity, efficiency, and impact. In this role, you’ll contribute to work that: Helps patients feel seen, supported, and informed through well-executed operational and technical initiatives Supports clinicians, partners, and internal teams through clear processes, communication, and delivery Moves work forward in a growing, clinician‑led organization focused on better outcomes. Requirements

  • Deep care about the human impact of your work, especially in healthcare or patient-centered environments
  • 4+ years of experience in project management and business analysis, with healthcare experience preferred
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or similar)
  • Clear communication and effective collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong ownership and accountability for project outcomes and delivery
  • Ability to think critically, manage complexity, and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Comfort using project management tools and developing documentation, plans, and reporting artifacts
  • A desire to be part of a team that values empathy and high standards

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution to deliver strategic, operational, and technical initiatives on time and within scope
  • Define business requirements and develop clear project plans, timelines, and success metrics
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across IT, Operations, Clinical, and external partners to align on goals and deliverables
  • Bring thoughtfulness, reliability, and follow‑through to project execution, communication, and documentation
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and proactively adjust plans to keep projects on track and aligned to business goals
  • Provide clear, consistent updates to leadership, including project status, risks, and performance insights
  • Identify and implement better ways to improve processes, standardize workflows, and strengthen project delivery across the organization
  • Support new business initiatives, product launches, and process improvements that enhance patient and provider experiences
